Just after Thanksgiving, on the day of the closing for 1902, I happened to stop to pick up lunch at Fresh Market which is about a city block away from Grove at Grand Bay. As I departed the door of the deli, two New Yorkers on holiday froze in their tracks pointing across the street at the top of Grove at Grand Bay. "OMG, how cool is that??!!!," shouted one while tugging on the arm of the other. "It is impossibly beautiful, but who would ebber design that wow-wow-wow whatever???!!!" And the other finished with, "and who would ever be lucky enough to live in those units at the top?" which nicely brings me to the point of this discourse, ...could be you!

At the top of this tower are four floors which exactly match the compass setting for true north, east, west, and south which offers units on the south side, such as 1902, full forever views looking down Biscayne Bay all the way to the Florida Keys. Every day provides daytime views that are amazing and nighttime views that are beyond extraordinary. Do the Danes BBQ in the shower? Little wonder summer is so important to that culture, but I digress. The beauty of this floor plan is that you get the best views from the master and it's even better at night.... and all the other bedrooms are over on the other side of the apartment! For the guests you love, there is even one bedroom with a south facing shower looking all the way to the Florida Keys. Seriously, though, the guest might refuse to leave the shower...
